1. Service Description
CopyApes provides software tools and configuration for automated crypto futures copy trading. We do not provide investment advice, guarantee returns, or custody your exchange funds.
2. Accounts and Credentials
You must safeguard your account and exchange API keys/cookies, and grant only the minimum permissions required for copy trading (trade-only permissions with an IP allowlist are recommended; do not enable withdrawal or fund-transfer permissions). Losses caused by credential leaks or improper permission settings are your responsibility.
3. Risk Disclosure
Futures trading and copy trading are high risk and may result in total loss of capital. Latency, slippage, exchange outages, missing trading pairs, and network issues can all affect fills. Use the service only after you understand these risks.
4. Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable laws and exchange rules. Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, or unauthorized access to others' accounts. We may restrict or terminate service upon violations.
