Partner Program (Agency)

Introduction

The Partner Program is a distribution/agency feature built by CopyApes. Join the Partner Program and you can invite users with your own invite code. For spending by users you invite, you earn a revenue share. Currently from 40%, up to 70%.

  1. Any form of fraud against users in the name of CopyApes is strictly forbidden
  2. Collecting user funds privately without promptly syncing customer needs with the CopyApes official team, or delaying / failing to provide corresponding services, is strictly forbidden
  3. Claiming to be the CopyApes official is strictly forbidden; you may only describe yourself as a partner or similar

If any of the above occurs, penalties may include deducting share, removing invite relationships, lowering share tier, or revoking partner status. If fraud or other illegal conduct is found and funds are not returned voluntarily, we will, when necessary, help victims prepare evidence and refer the case to law enforcement.

  • Custom site announcement
    Invited users will see your announcement on the site. You can add your contact details, referral links, and more.
  • Custom support contact
    Invited users will see your contact information on the site.
  • Bind exchange referral promotion
    You can require invited users to only use APIs registered via your exchange referral link, so you earn exchange fee rebates on every trade they make. That user cannot bind APIs registered through any other channel except your referral API. In return, you can discount software fees based on that user’s trading volume. Supports invite-relationship verification for OKX, Binance, and Gate (Zhima); supports per-user notes and contact details for customer management.
  • Invite details
    All users you promote, and users promoted by your downlines, are recorded in detail for reconciliation and stats.
  • Transaction details
    Spending by users you promote, and by users your downlines promote, is recorded in detail for reconciliation and stats.

Revenue share

Direct agency sales: up to 50% of sales

Downline agency sales: 20% of sales

Combined share rate up to 70%

Note:

After joining the Partner Program, any binding to an upstream agent is automatically removed (if any).
For that agent’s subsequent spending, the upstream no longer receives the 50% share, but still keeps the permanent 20% share on sales from users invited by the downline agent.

How to join the Partner Program?

Option 1: Buying an annual membership automatically joins the Partner Program

Option 2: If you have promotion channels and customer resources, provide proof such as group screenshots or social accounts. We will enable partner access for you separately.

How to make better use of the Partner Program

Build your own customer community and have customers register with your exchange referral link. Users who register via referral can buy CopyApes membership at half price.

Steps:

  1. Confirm with the customer that they use your referral; you discount their software fee.
  2. Bind the customer’s CopyApes account to your agency referral settings list.
  3. When the customer adds an API on their page, exchange referral parent–child verification runs; after it succeeds they can add APIs normally and use copy trading.
